Completed in December 2005, this magnificent residence encompasses two
villas built on nearly 7 acres of beautiful coastline. The main villa
features an impressive reception area opening out to a vast lounge
terrace with unobstructed ocean and sky views. There is a cliff side
jacuzzi and an enormous infinity- edge heated pool , a pool side bar
and informal outside dining and seating areas. Leading from the terrace
and reception area is the living room with expansive glass sliding
doors and on the opposite side, a formal dining room and
state-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen. The residence also provides the
services of its very own gourmet Chef.
Every room offers its own unique perspective of the ocean including the
11 lavish bedrooms all with luxurious en-suite bathrooms ( some
featuring both indoor and outdoor showers).
The sumptuous master suite has a private terrace, a very large walk-in
closet and a fabulous marble bathroom with glass walled spa and shower
overlooking the ocean. The main villa houses 7 of the 11 bedrooms and
also a media room and gym.
The second villa houses the 4 remaining bedrooms and has its own large
deck area, large indoor living room and open–plan kitchen and a
beautiful cascading heated swimming pool.

The main building houses the classic Caribbean living room which opens to the breathtaking Caribbean vistas. The villa offers refined evenings in Mes Amis's formal dining room that is adjacent to a gourmet kitchen that is the envy of professional chefs. The villa also features a biblotheque of wood paneling and stone walls that evoke the nostalgia of lavish plantation homes. The Master Suite
The glamorous master suite occupies its own private villa on the cliff side and has its own secluded terrace to admire the sweeping ocean and coastal views. It boasts a room-size walk-in dressing area with skylights. The sumptuous bathroom in Thassos marble has a custom Jacuzzi tube, his and her vanities and an impressive, windowed, cliff side shower with panoramic ocean views. Steps lead up from the terrace to reveal a roof-top viewing deck with a large open-air bed for a fabulous 200 degree ocean view and sunbathing with clothing optional.
Retro Suite
A vivacious and inviting decor with a lovely terrace, two queen size beds an a refreshing citrus accented retro-style bathroom with double sinks, an indoor and an open air garden shower, so private you will "air dry" after each shower.
Petit Frere Suite
A serene blue decor and glorious view from the sunny terrace, a king size bed and a fabulous marine theme bathroom with large glass walled shower, his and her sinks and a delightful open-air "garden" shower, walled off for total privacy.
Bridal Suite
A soothing and understaed king size bedroom, with a softly draped decor, a lovely romantic terrace with fabulous ocean views and a beautiful bathroom that features a fabulous open air "jungle" shower, set in a walled, completely private garden.
Ti Mama Suite
Vibrant and tropical with a dazzling terrace view and angled to maximize the superb views of the sea, this large suite has a refreshing green bathroom with indoor mosaic tiled shower and outdoor garden shower. It has a second bath with shower and an inter-connecting bedroom (suitable for a child). This suite is handicap accessible.
Plantation Suite
Reminiscent of the West Indian plantation style houses this bedroom is situated in La Casa and features an elegant antique king-size four poster bed, wooden shutters and a lovely wooden deck with fabulous ocean views. A great place to consider what fun it is to be a bit away from the crowd.
Entre Nous Suite
Intimate and refined....furnished in exotic tropical flowers with a queen size bed and lovely bathroom with a glass walled shower and stone mosaic tiled floor. Once inside, it is just you and the wide, wide vista of the sea.

Rates in US$ and are subject to an 8% Government Tax & Service. Includes use of the villa for a 24 hour period for the function set up, the event and the clean up. They also include the services of the villa staff and all utilities (electricity, water, gas). Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. In the instance when the function takes place during the guest weekly vacation rental, the weekly rental rate will apply plus 50% of the function fee +8% tax.
