Our concierge will coordinate your arrival and any special needs you may have. The concierge will provide advice on activities and excursions while providing invaluable advice of what to do and what to avoid. Our concierge can also coordinate car rentals, villa services, villa provisioning, chef/catering services and a multitude of other services.
Our concierge and guest services department provides a comprehensive planning platform for first time or experienced St Martin vacationers to achieve the full potential of their well deserved St Maarten vacation. St Martin Blue provides a comprehensive planning platform to help arrange travel tips, transfers, car rentals, villa provisioning, and chef services as well as a full list of island activities and services. For our villa guests, each guest will be sent a folder and itinerary that includes the following: villa summary sheet, reservation confirmation, villa provisioning check list, tips and guide sheet, and St Martin restaurant guide. Each guest is appointed a dedicated concierge that provides a complimentary service to plan the dream vacation you deserve. We will coordinate with property managers, chef and catering service, car rental companies and activity providers to arrange a seemless vacation. Allow us to help develop and execute your perfect vacation as to allow every moment on St Martin to be relaxing and fully enjoyable.
For our guests that have reserved a villa, St Martin Blue will coordinate with all requested services and parties to coordinate your arrival and ensure that you are on your way to enjoying a lovely St Martin holiday free of worries and stress. St Martin Blue will arrange to have a property
representative greet you at the airport and expediate your arrival. St Martin Blue and the villa management company will also expediate
your arrival by coordinating with St Martin rental car companies. The property management company provides a complimentary transfer to the villa unless you have arranged for an airport pick up of your rental car at which point the representative will then escort you to the villa.
Upon your
arrival at the villa, the property representative will orient you to
the villa and provide the key and access codes as well as all pertinent contact information. A small welcome basket
will be waiting for you. The check in time for the villas is 3 PM and
check out is at 11AM. Our guests are reminded to provide all their arrival information seven days in advance so your arrival can be smooth and efficient.
For your arrival, we highly recommend to all our guests to ensure the following:
Keep us updated with your flight arrival information
Have a compatible cell phone (St Martin is GSM compatible) available in case there are delays, issues with customs or other unforeseen problems. Please contact the pertinent property manager representative first and please contact our office as well.
Have your villa folder handy with the property address. The customs form requires a St Martin address and phone number. This information is included in your villa folder.
