St Martin Blue presents the lavish Villa La Salamandre on St Martin. La Salamandre is an elegant villa located on Simpson Bay Lagoon in the exclusive Terres Basses area of French St. Martin. The home offers exceptional views during the day and at nighttime the views of the twinkling lights of nearby Marigot, the French capital are truly magical..
The interiors are spacious and offer a sophisticated blend of modern, colonial and tropical style furnishings all set on fully tiled floors. Rich earth tones and beamed ceilings characterize the décor in the expansive living and dining room, both of which open onto the covered and furnished terrace with the pool and lagoon beyond.
The kitchen is expansive and modern and provides views of the pool and lagoon. It even offers a center island complete with sink-a gourmet cook’s dream!
The villa offers six air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite baths. Five of the bedrooms feature king beds with the sixth having twin-sized beds.
The grand living room and each of the bedrooms open onto expansive covered terraces, distinguished by arches, colonnades and the beautiful view beyond.
An outdoor dining area is located in the gazebo adjacent to the pool and beach.
While it is possible to swim at the lagoon, most people will prefer the ocean swimming which is available in the nearby sea at Baie Rouge Beach just a few minutes drive from the villa.
A resident caretaker lives in separate quarters on the property with two dogs.

Rates in US$ and are subject to an 8% Government Tax & Service. Includes use of the villa for a 24 hour period for the function set up, the event and the clean up. They also include the services of the villa staff and all utilities (electricity, water, gas). Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. In the instance when the function takes place during the guest weekly vacation rental, the weekly rental rate will apply plus 50% of the function fee +8% tax.
