*Lunch/catering must be selected and ordered in advance and should be arranged as soon as possible after booking confirmation, as availability is limited. After confirmation, you will receive the partner’s contact details to contact them for menu options and complete a preference sheet (dietary requirements or allergies, music preferences, service expectations, and any special occasions such as birthdays or celebrations). Once the menu selection and requests are confirmed with the partner, a secure payment link will be sent directly by the partner to you to complete payment for the catering order.

IMPORTANT: For charters to St Barts and Anguilla, please send a copy of your passport at least 48 hours prior to departure and bring your passport with you on the day of the charter.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Meeting point is at Marina Fort Louis, Baie de Marigot, Marigot 97150, Saint-Martin. There is a parking lot located directly in front of Marina Fort Louis. Upon arrival, the concierge or captain will guide you on where to park and escort you directly to the boat.
- For trips to Saint-Barth or Anguilla, guests must have their passports onboard.
Additional Notes:
- The boat will be held for up to one hour after the scheduled departure time. After this period, availability can no longer be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
- Guests with reduced mobility are kindly asked to note this in the Additional Requests field at the time of booking, so the provider is informed in advance and appropriate arrangements can be made.
- When small children are onboard, advance notice in the Additional Requests field at the time of booking is also requested to ensure appropriate life jacket sizes are available.
- A professional crew is consisting of a licensed captain, and a hostess, all trained in first aid, up-to-date with their certifications, and competent in their respective roles.
- The yacht can accommodate no more than 12 people on board. Any additional person will result in the immediate termination of the tour without refund.
- Overtime: An additional charge of 10% of the charter price per extra hour will apply.
- The yacht is provided with fuel included based on the chosen package for the specified destination. Any changes to the destination or itinerary will be subject to a rate adjustment.
- Insurance - The Owner declares that the yacht and crew are covered by insurance in accordance with international maritime law standards. However, any damage caused by the Charterer or their guests to the yacht, its equipment, or accessories will be the responsibility of the Charterer. Any loss of equipment due to the Charterer's negligence will also be their responsibility.
- Use of Equipment - The yacht is equipped with Watertoys, such as Seabob or SeaNext, Paddle Board, Snorkeling equipments and floating mats, which are available depending on weather conditions. It is strongly recommended to use them with caution. Individuals with back or neck issues, or pregnant women, should not use these equipment. The Owner will not be held liable for any incidents arising from the inappropriate use of these equipment.
- Client Liability Waiver - The Charterer and their guests expressly declare to be in good physical health and agree to inform the crew of any pre-existing medical conditions or relevant health issues. Participation in the water activities offered on board is strictly reserved for individuals who can swim, are in good general health, and have no medical conditions that could compromise their safety (such as cardiac, vascular conditions, or back or neck problems, among others). The Charterer and their guests acknowledge being informed of the inherent risks associated with these activities and accept full responsibility for the consequences.
With respect to minors, any participation in water activities, including but not limited to the use of Seabob or snorkeling gear, will be under the full responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, and only with their prior consent. The Owner and the crew cannot be held responsible for any incidents related to these activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Prohibited Activities: The use, possession, or transport of illegal substances, firearms, or other prohibited items is strictly forbidden. In the event of the discovery of illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous behavior by the Charterer or their guests:
-The captain will immediately terminate the charter.
-The yacht will proceed to the nearest port, and the captain will notify the appropriate customs or law enforcement authorities.
Any costs or legal consequences arising from such actions will be borne solely by the Charterer.
- Owner's Inability to Provide the Yacht - In the event that the Owner is unable to provide the yacht reserved by the Charterer due to various reasons such as technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the Owner agrees to make every effort to find a replacement yacht that closely matches the originally reserved yacht. If no replacement yacht is available within a maximum of 2 hours from the scheduled start time of the charter, the Owner shall refund the full charter amount to the Charterer.
If a technical issue arises after the charter has begun, rendering the yacht unable to continue the voyage, and if this issue cannot be resolved within 2 hours of the incident, the Owner shall provide an alternative solution to continue the charter. If no solution is available, the Owner shall compensate the Charterer for the lost hours of the charter.
- Adverse Weather Conditions - In the event of adverse weather conditions, except for common morning showers frequently occurring in the region, the decision to proceed or cancel the charter rests with the captain after evaluating the weather conditions and associated risks. If the captain decides to cancel the day due to weather conditions, the Charterer will be offered an alternative day to reschedule the charter, subject to availability, at no additional cost. If no rescheduling date is possible between the parties, the Charterer will be refunded in full, except for credit card fees.
- Force Majeure - The Owner shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing any of their obligations under this agreement due to the occurrence of a force majeure event as defined by international maritime law.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
