It's not hard to imagine how Villa Aqua got its name—she is right up against the indigo waters of Indigo Bay in St. Martin. What might be harder to imagine is exactly what it feels like to be in an infinity pool in a villa overlooking azure waters in a tropical paradise. At Aqua, there’s no need for imagination since every moment at the villa gently demands to be experienced in the present. Guests come for therapeutic sounds of the ocean and to let go so Aqua can carry those troubles out into the Caribbean blue.
Sporting four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, Villa Aqua sleeps eight guests in four queen beds. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, water closet, and vanity, as well as a private terrace or balcony with a seaside view. Four-poster beds with sheer curtains, subtle brass drop lighting, marble showers, and walk-in closets sprawl against a white backdrop—floor-to-ceiling—that is accented by electric-blue pillows that match the stunning ocean view from every room. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning further enhance the comforts of the bedrooms, and the living room is also fully air-conditioned, offering plenty of power against the tropical elements.
In the living room, one finds the decor to be muted gray sofas, a textured living space rug, and teak-wood or wicker chairs, leaving the ocean view to speak plainly for itself, though there’s hardly anything plain about the views at Villa Aqua. A stunning teak wood and white marble coffee table pull all the elements of the room together. From the main room looking out towards the ocean, guests will notice a kitchen to the left that opens onto a terrace dining set for gourmet meals served alfresco.
Complimentary concierges can arrange for chefs and caterers to prepare meals in-villa for an evening of fine dining at a marvelous indoor teak-wood dining table or perhaps a mimosa brunch on the pool terrace lounge. In-villa spa treatments can also be arranged, as well as excursions, bookings, activities, and express travel to and from the airport to assure that guests can get in the flow of vacation at Aqua without any unnecessary stress. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Construction Notice
Construction site has recently commenced on the piece of land directly next to Villa Aqua. The construction is expected to continue until the end of June 2024. The primary inconvenience during this period is related to the sound level generated by construction machinery.
Please be assured that while the view from Villa Aqua remains unaffected, and there is a protective wall between the project (on the left) and the villa, we want to be transparent about potential noise disturbances. Though privacy is maintained, there is also a possibility of some dust entering the property during the construction period.
