Villa Albacore, St Martin. 

Splendidly located in the magnificent Orient Bay in St Martin, Albacore is a big four-bedroom villa that is easily outfitted to handle up to eight guests. Each of the bedrooms is fitted with a king-sized bed or two single beds and an attached powder room. The decor is full of upmarket furnishings that complete the modern look of the rental. The succulent landscaping found on the propertky adds to the restful feel. The lovely island views are breathtaking, and the feel of the balmy ocean air will have you spending most of your day lounging in the sun.

No pleasure was forgotten while providing amenities for the villa! Each of the opulent bedrooms is air-conditioned to maintain guest comfort levels. The gated property keeps you and your family members secure. Plus, the sound system and flat-screen satellite TVs provide plenty of entertainment options to fill the days. The comfortable kitchen is outfitted to meet your dining wants with an espresso machine, dishwasher, and microwave. However, there is also an outdoor grill if you prefer to cook your meals over a flame. The WiFi will keep you Instagramming all of your vacation pics! Also, there is a generator should you find yourself without power.

Your pool person will be on hand to keep your waters crystal clear, and the housekeeper will be around to tidy up each day of the week excepting Sundays and holidays. Should you require assistance, the property manager can be contacted by telephone at any time. This peaceful location is perfect for embracing the easy island vibes, but when you want a little excitement, you can find excellent restaurants, boutiques, and even a little nightlife just a short three-minute drive away. Albacore is a splendid place to spend your Caribbean vacation! You and your family will adore this incredible island sanctuary.

Our Villa looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our group of 5 (one couple and 3 individuals). We rented all four rooms which had daily cleaning by Jocelyn and she was willing to adjust her schedule to a later time to allow us to sleep in! Cleaning was done daily which made for a hotel-like feel and was much appreciated. We booked two private dinners through Fabulous Feasts and HIGHLY recommend this - the meal was one of the best we've had and the kitchen provided everything the chef needed. The Villa left us a welcome gift of coffee, milk, jam and bread, as well as juice and a few other essentials which was so lovely, and the Super U was less than a five minute drive away and had everything you could want/need. As other reviews have stated, the pool was too cold for our group to swim in, but the view was the best on the island and the setip is perfect for a group to sun and lounge in. The villa is located near the popular orient beach which has tons of fabulous restaurants and beach clubs. Seb, the property manager was fabulous as well, and came to fix any small things that needed it (though nothing of note as the villa was in perfect condition). We will absolutely be back to this villa! Also, I saw something about a mouse in previous reviews and want to comment that we had no pests, and aside from mosquitos (which are everywhere on the island) didn't see one bug inside. So if that's keeping you from renting disregard that comment as the house i clean and pest-free.

Our trip was perfection and we owe it to St Martin Blue for being so helpful. BOOKING: Eddie provided insight prior to booking on which villa would best suit our group and then helped us set up group pay (so individuals could pay their share on their own). They also arranged for airport pickup and delivered our rental car to the villa. Lastly, they were on hand to help with any questions we needed and we would ABSOLUTELY recommend them for any trip to St. Marten. VILLA: Our Villa looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our group of 5 (one couple and 3 individuals). We rented all four rooms which had daily cleaning. The pool was cold (but Eddie had made us aware of that prior0 but the view was the best on the island and was located near the popular orient beach which had tons of restaurants. Villa Albacore was the perfect stay for our group of 7! There were 4 individual bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the swim-up bar made for a great hangout spot. The view had to be one of the best on the island! The villa was also equipped with a grill that made lunches and dinner easy! I would fully recommend this villa and all the wonderful amenities that come with it.

A great company to rent through! All the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Through WhatsApp, we were able to communicate efficiently and any questions we had were answered promptly. For example, the blender stopped working halfway through our stay, and a new one was brought within 30 minutes of me texting our concierge. It was very easy to book through our concierge as well, they made a few reservations for us, and the taxi/shuttle company that they work with was easy, convenient and safe. I would 100% recommend anyone to book through St. Martin Blue.

This villa was amazing for all of us our friends. We had 8 of us and had lots of space. All of the staff was wonderful, in face we have never had a team that was so responsive to all of our messages to them. Definitely A+!!! We would stay here again

This house is perfect for travel with friends. We each had our own bedroom and bath. The kitchen amenities were fantastic for the little bit of cooking we did and the chef we hired for a couple breakfasts and dinners.
There aren't enough words to say how great the staff is at the Villas, whether the concierge or the staff at St Martin Blue. Medhi was a fast favorite and went above and beyond for us during our stay. We were kept informed of island happenings and felt important. 5 stars!!!

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.
Do you accept credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, or Visa)? click to open
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Plan your dream destination wedding or special Caribbean event. The villa is available for wedding receptions and special events.   

Maximum guests: 50 guests

Rental rates:
The villa requires a one-week minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.

Event fee is: $2500
Refundable security deposit: $3000
Post Cleaning: $650

Terms and conditions:
The villa must be booked 7 nights minimum and to its full capacity only. Additional to 7 nights rental, an event fee + security deposit. Special promotion or discount cannot be applied. The event fee is charged per event (one day event). The owners would not accept more than 2 pax per bedroom and on the property except on the event day. The guests would be responsible to clean the villa after the event. Check-in day cannot be on the event day & Check-out day cannot be the day right after the event. Any catering company/private chef and wedding planner must be approved by the TPI to organize any event on our properties. In case of any damage caused by anyone during the stay (guests, chef, wedding planner, et al), the clients would be fully responsible for it. The cleaning company selected by our agency will be mandatory for the post cleaning of the event, at the charge of the client.
