Villa Monte Verde features an iconic island style merged seamlessly with trendy and modern interiors. It sits just above the bay at Lorient Bay on the French side of St. Martin. It is a short distance from both capital cities and both airports and is only the shortest of drives to the many fine restaurants to be savored in Grand Case. A four-bedroom home, it would be the ideal setting for a getaway with close friends or a family gathering but is even large enough to serve as the spot for a small, intimate event. After all, it is tucked into a gated estate and sits in an enormous, private garden. Surrounded by lush landscaping and great views, it is the epitome of an island retreat.
It has an enormous number of outdoor spaces for even a larger group to enjoy, and they include the lovely pool area and the different terraces. The pool is designed as an infinity-edge option and is flanked on all but one side by furnished sun decks. With oversized lounges and umbrellas, this space allows travelers to savor the setting at all hours of the day or night and promises amazing sunrise viewings. There is the verandah nearby, and it too is furnished as an outdoor living space, but with more formal pieces. There are two living room-like settings, a full al fresco dining room, and a cozy café area.
All along the verandah are sets of oversized glass doors that lead into the bedrooms and the shared living areas. The great room is the most impressive of these spaces and features an open floor plan that contains a large, exquisitely decorated living room with high, blonde wood ceilings, stone floors, black leather banquette and high-end entertainment systems. Nearby is the equally modern, but also equally welcoming dining room area. The kitchen is steps away and features top of the line appliances and a huge amount of workspace, in addition to a breakfast bar.
The four bedrooms are opulent retreats and are each a king suite with large and opulent bath, private terrace access with ocean views, a sitting area with entertainment system, and décor that is as contemporary as the rest of the home while also being welcoming and warm.

Travel between December 15 - April 14: For cancellations greater than 90 days prior to arrival, 30% of gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation between 90 to 61 days of arrival, 60% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation less than 60 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of $4000 and receive a complimentary rental car.
A Hyundai I10 is provided. Complimentary vehicle delivery to the villa is included.
Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay.
Rental car can be upgraded for an additional charge.
