Named for Atabey, the pre-Columbian goddess of water and nature, Villa Atabeya is more than a luxury rental — it is a considered retreat, designed around the rhythms of the sea. Sitting directly on the legendary red-cliffed shores of Baie Rouge in the exclusive enclave of Terres Basses, the villa brings together refined Caribbean architecture, resort-caliber wellness, and effortless beachfront living in one of St. Martin's most sought-after addresses.
The heart of the villa is built for openness. Floor-to-ceiling openings dissolve the boundary between inside and out, connecting the open-plan living spaces and fully equipped gourmet kitchen to an expansive covered terrace that stretches toward the sea. Two ocean-facing primary suites anchor this level, each designed as a private retreat with direct access to the outdoors. The terrace itself functions as an alfresco living room — dining area, lounge, bar, BBQ, and sun chaises all arranged around a striking 25-meter beachfront lap pool.
Upstairs, a refined primary bedroom captures sweeping views of Baie Rouge's iconic turquoise waters and terracotta cliffs. A secondary guest room — intimate and thoughtfully appointed — offers a private option for additional guests or accompanying staff, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
Few villas dedicate an entire floor to wellbeing. Atabeya does. The lower level houses three private wellness suites designed for deep rest and extended comfort, alongside a fully equipped fitness room, a media lounge, and a complete spa environment with sauna and cold plunge. It is a resort wellness offering, entirely within the privacy of your own home.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
