Villa Mer Soleil is a gorgeous and charming 5 bedroom villa located in Terres Basses on the lovely and charming tropical Caribbean island of St. Martin. A true Caribbean paradise with elegant and classical decor coupled with it's wonderful sunset ocean views over Baie Longue and it's fabulous outdoor living area, Mer Soleil is a marvelous choice for family gatherings on St Martin.

The villa has recently expanded to five bedrooms creating an exceptional family estate for Caribbean getaways. The main building of the villa features the indoor and outdoor living and dining areas as well as a chef's kitchen that flows to the covered veranda. On the veranda is the built in barbeque and additional lounge area ensuring a night of convivial discussions and enlightening entertainment. Two bedroom suites are located off the expansive pool terrace. A third bedroom is located below the pool terrace.

The newly built cottage is set in an Eden like setting surrounded by mango and avocados trees and bountiful flowers. Two interconnecting bedrooms each with exterior access and ensuite bathrooms are found in the cottage. The cottage is connected to the main domain through a short and mesmerizing garden path.

The exceptionally well maintained villa is conveniently located near La Samanna offering easy access to Baie Longue beach, Cupecoy restaurants and the night life in Maho Plaza. Enjoy beautiful sunset views of the Caribbean from its unique outdoor entertainment area with outdoor barbecue area and covered terrace. The features of the villa include a fully equipped gazebo kitchen, huge flat screen TV, private pool and an air conditioned living room.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Rental rates:
The villa requires a one week minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.

Event fee is: $3000
Refundable security deposit: $3000
Post Cleaning: $650

Terms and conditions:
The villa must be booked 7 nights minimum and to its full capacity only. Additional to 7 nights rental, an event fee + security deposit. Special promotion or discount cannot be applied. The event fee is charged per event (one day event). The owners would not accept more than 2 pax per bedroom and on the property except on the event day. The guests would be responsible to clean the villa after the event. Check-in day cannot be on the event day & Check-out day cannot be the day right after the event. Any catering company/private chef and wedding planner must be approved by the TPI to organize any event on our properties. In case of any damage caused by anyone during the stay (guests, chef, wedding planner, et al), the clients would be fully responsible for it. The cleaning company selected by our agency will be mandatory for the post cleaning of the event, at the charge of the client.

PROMOTIONS

  • Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of $4000 and receive a complimentary rental car.

    A Hyundai I10 is provided. Complimentary vehicle delivery to the villa is included. 

    Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay.

    Rental car can be upgraded for an additional charge.

Isle Blue service is outstanding! what impressed me the most is Isle Blue proactivity to ensure a smooth guest experience. Our flight was changed by the airline to arrive earlier than previously planned but thanks to Rob being proactive he arranged for Phillip to pick us up earlier from the airport and drive us to pick up our rental car, he ensured our check-in process went smoothly.

We were all very happy staying at 310 Mer Soleil Villa. It was a trip we will always remember and want to go back to. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. We loved the outside sitting areas and used the pool constantly. The sports fans were happy there was a TV and they enjoyed hanging out in the air conditioned living room. The housekeeper Brenda kept the place neat and clean and kept up with all our towels. Angus kept the property looking amazing even after a night of turbulent thunder, rain and lightning. We did utilize the nearby beaches on the French side. We spent 2 afternoons down at La Somanna which was so pristine.

Met Soleil is an inviting comfortable and relaxing villa with all the amenities. A beautiful pool and areas to relax and enjoy. Wonderful views great ocean breezes with warm water to enjoy. This villa with a million dollar view is nothing short of amazing. It is without exception the most beautiful vacation location we've ever experienced. My understanding is this villa was rebuilt following hurricane Irma... everything looks so brand new and clean and the lovely housekeeper Miss Claudia keeps it that way.

This was our first-ever experience at St. Martin and obviously, our first with St. Martin Blue. Let me just say this was one of the most pleasant vacation experiences we have ever enjoyed! We stayed at Falaise des Oiseaux.... the villa is beautiful and the view from there is breath-taking. Nancy and I did a 90min couples massage on the breezeway and this without a doubt, the most amazing massage experience we've every had... highly recommend!! We used the SXMHalle food delivery service and again, I highly recommend it. We were well stocked upon arrival! Also, the auto rental process through St. Martin Blue went without a hitch!! Big thanks to Gioviani for all he did to make this click!! I also want to thank Mary Pati (concierge) for being so attentive on the front-end in answering our questions promptly and completely. We threw her two curve balls that I won't even begin to explain but only say that she responded professionally and to our ultimately complete satisfaction in sorting out the booking arrangements! Bless her! One of the other added pluses for this vacation was meeting the housekeeper... Miss Claudia. This woman is amazing and by the end of our stay, the four of us, considered her like family. We truly look forward to seeing her again!! Just a beautiful lady. Anyway, I have rambled enough.... I hate doing reviews BUT I would be remiss if I didn't share how wonderful this St. Martin Blue experience was... The St. Martin Blue "team" did a wonderful job making sure that this was the best vacation we've ever had... Thank you!! We loved EVERY minute of it!

I loved staying in Mille Fleurs. I only have positive things to say about it. First of all, the house and the view are absolutely stunning! I couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. They had everything that you could possibly need. Heather, who cleans and takes care of the house, knows most everything and does an amazing job! We also enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood. It’s a great workout with all of the hills! I do hope to return one day…I miss the house snd the view already!

We had a fabulous time in a fabulous house. Everyone involved was so helpful and great from beginning to end! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
