Villa Mille Fleurs on St Martin is the epitome of refined luxury living. Recently renovated to provide a rarefied living environment reminscent of stays at a Ritz Carlton. An exceptionally well planned and detailed renovation focused on providing elite comfort and relaxation to guests. The interiors are bright, warm and indulgently inviting. Located on the heights above Plum Bay beach, guests enjoy panoramic ocean and sunset views.   Sunset cocktails will forever be remembered.

The pool terrace is decadently relaxing with deep cushioned lounge chairs and couches rendering guests catatonic and unwilling to leave this paradise. 

The villa includes an impressive outdoor stereo surround system to set the mood while the complimentary open bar allows guests to create their favorite cocktails to celebrate a heavenly stay.

Surrounded by lavishly landscaped, luscious green, tropical gardens, this one of a kind villa is only a ten minute walk to the lovely Plum Bay beach. The living area opens out onto a lovely terrace and outdoor dining area descending to a large infinity heated pool and gazebo with comfortable seating area. Then facing the large pool terrace, there is the state of the art kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook a gourmet meal.

Each of the four bedrooms is air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom and the master with four- poster antique bed and walk-in closet also has a flat screen TV and DVD player. Three out of the four bedrooms have king sized beds while the other has twin beds which can easily be pushed together to form a king sized bed. Villa Mille Fleurs is perfect for families with young children as all 4 bedrooms have interior as well as exterior access.

We love staying at this house! There are so many sitting areas and the kitchen is fully stocked. We also love how spacious the bedrooms/bathrooms/closets are. The concierge and the owners are such nice people!
This is a great company to rent from! Everything they do is first class and they are there to help throughout your stay. We have booked with them twice and will definitely do it again. Thanks for everything!

Mille Fleurs is a coveted experience. It is elegantly decorated and furnished. The kitchen provides much more than anyone would expect. There are 2 large refrigerators, a wonderful gas stove, and dishes and utensils for every purpose. Comfortable cushioned chairs surrounded the beautiful infinity pool. There are covered areas around the pool and large fans to keep you cool. The bedrooms are spectacular with king size beds, tiled showers and large closets with individual safes inside. The owners are welcoming and very kind. They gave us gifts including french pastries twice during our stay. There were three marvelous Iguanas living in the yard and I snuck about and saw them daily before they retreated into their cave. The property is only 7 minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. The private beach just down the hill was beautiful and never crowded. My family of 6 people enjoyed every minute in Mille Fleurs. My children are 31 and 35 years old and found nothing more inviting than the property where we stayed. It was quiet and relaxing and the view of the ocean was to die for! There was a housekeeper at your service for 4 hours a day. She did our laundry, washed the dishes and kept the house spotless in her own professional way. I will dream of being there again someday.

The service provided by Isle Blue's Concierge made our vacation effortless! Arrangements were made for us to be picked up at the airport and returned there for departure. Our rental cars were delivered to our house and picked up when we left. Arrangements were made for massages, a French Chef to prepare a delicious meal for us, a 4x4 rental for 3 days, and when the power went off at 8:oo PM the Concierge answered the phone at his home and got the property owner to come to the house and restore the power.

The property was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. It was gorgeous, clean, and well-stocked. The concierge service handled all of our requests promptly. The cleaning person was polite and did a great job. There was one potential problem with the water, but someone handled it ahead of time. We had a wonderful vacation with no complaints at all. We would definitely return to this home our another Blue property.

I loved staying in Mille Fleurs. I only have positive things to say about it. First of all, the house and the view are absolutely stunning! I couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. They had everything that you could possibly need. Heather, who cleans and takes care of the house, knows most everything and does an amazing job! We also enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood. It’s a great workout with all of the hills! I do hope to return one day…I miss the house snd the view already!

We had a fabulous time in a fabulous house. Everyone involved was so helpful and great from beginning to end! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

This was our second trip to Mille Fleurs. We enjoyed this trip even more than the first one! We had a better feel for the island and loved exploring the beaches and restaurants. We have already booked our next trip and know it'll be just as great as our first two!

This place was an absolute dream! My family had a terrific vacation here. One week wasn't enough! The pool is fantastic and the rooms are all spacious, clean and beautiful. Having private bathrooms was a luxury! We are already planning to go back!

I can only say that what you see in pictures is exactly what you get at Mille Fleurs! The house is amazing, the view breathtaking and the service from the team at the hotel beyond compare. This vacation was one that none of us will ever forget. As my 87 year old Father said " This was a class act from start to finish". Thank you to all the amazing staff members that were there by our side yet out of site most of the time. We appreciate you and our amazing stay! Bravo! Best vacation ever!!!

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
