Villa Mandalay is located on the hillside of the private residential area of Terres Basses in St. Martin and features gorgeous views of the Caribbean and spectacular sunsets from the nearby Plum Bay beach. The villa was recently refurbished and features contemporary interiors, a total of five bedrooms, and spacious outdoor terraces with a large pool. Ideal for parties of up to 10 guests of all ages, the villa offers five private bathrooms and a shared powder room.

The entrance doors to Villa Mandalay are the first focal point guests notice. They are surrounded by oriental figurines and lead to a reception area with an ornamental garden and glass walls. This goes further into the main living area where guests can make use of gorgeous furnishings with natural wood, a large Samsung smart television, and a media room with a cream color linen couch for ultimate comfort.

The indoor dining area has seating for 10 and is right next to the modern kitchen. It offers gray stone countertops and appliances by Smeg and Bosch. Extra storage and a second refrigerator are located in the back of the kitchen, where you can access the outdoor terrace for a casual brunch or breakfast. There are also additional outdoor terraces from the living area for tons of space where guests can enjoy viewing the Caribbean Sea while enjoying outdoor dining and living.

Each of the bedrooms at Villa Mandalay has a monochromatic, contemporary style with natural fabrics. The rooms all come with private bathrooms that incorporate black natural stone and beige hues. All of the bedrooms include a smart television, while the master suite also has a walk-in closet. The bedrooms are all accessible from the interior, but the master and second bedroom also have immediate access to the terrace near the pool.

When stepping out onto the main terrace, guests are only a few steps from the pool area. There is also a hexagonal gazebo that offers a hint of shade and extra seating for guests. The pool has an L-shape and can be reached by using steps or heading down a shallow beach area. It is surrounded by ornamental rocks, potted palm trees, and cactus gardens showing off their colorful blooms.

Guests can rent this villa as a four or five-bedroom vacation destination, depending on need. The villa promises a huge amount of privacy and quick access to the natural beauty of Plum Bay.
